The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (1990)
In this popular African-American sitcom, Will Smith (played by Will Smith in his first acting gig) is a street-smart teenager from West Philadelphia, who is sent to live with his wealthy relatives at their Bel-Air mansion in Los Angeles, California by his mother after getting into a fight with some thugs whilst playing basketball. His relatives include Philip Banks (played by James Avery), Will's strict and gruff uncle, who is a successful lawyer (later Judge) and Vivian Banks (played by Janet Hubert and later by Daphne Reid), Will's no-nonsense, forthright, and career-minded aunt who is a University Professor.
Tiny Toon Adventures (1990)
In this series, a new generation of Looney Toon characters study at Acme Acres Looniversity under the instruction of the original characters. The leading characters are Buster and Babs Bunny (no relation) who, with their classmates, have a variety of adventures that are a mix of original stories, movie and television parodies, and modern remakes of classic Warner Brothers shorts.
Dinosaurs (1991)
This show follows the life of a family of dinosaurs, living in a modern world. They have televisions, refrigerators, et cetera. The only humans around are cavemen, who are viewed as pets and wild animals.
Rugrats (1991)
Rugrats is a show about 4 babies, Tommy Pickles, Chuckie Finster, and Phil and Lil Deville. As we see their lives unravel, we get to hear them talk. On the sidelines are Tommy's mean cousin Angelica, their friend Susie Carmichael (same age as Angelica), and everybody's parents.
Barney & Friends (1992)

Bananas in Pyjamas (1992)
The many adventures of full-size bananas, B1 and B2. They live on Cuddles Avenue which is also home to three Teddies (Amy, Lulu and Morgan) and a sneaky Rat-in-a-Hat.
Boy Meets World (1993)
In this TV series we see the "adventures" and goofs of a young schoolboy named Cory Matthews and his best friend Shawn Hunter. At school, they aren't very popular with girls, and they have enemies like Harley, Joey, and Frankie. They also get often in trouble with Mr. Feeny, the school's funny principal.
Animaniacs (1993)
Ensemble cast of off-the-wall Warner Brothers characters, appearing in a wide variety of roles. Wakko, Yakko, and Dot Warner are WB Studio creations who were just too “zany” to be of any use to the studio.
The Magic School Bus (1994)
An enchanted vehicle takes kids on unusual trips to learn about science and nature. Based on books written by Joanna Cole and illustrated by Bruce Degen.
All That (1994)
A combination sketch comedy/musical performance show in the tradition of "Saturday Night Live," this program starred a teenage cast and was targeted at younger viewers. The show featured a number of repeating characters, including Baggin' Saggin' Barry, Super Dude, and the misfit fast food employees of Good Burger, which spawned a movie of the same name.
Pinky and the Brain (1995)
Pinky and Brain are two laboratory mice who, thanks to a genetic experiment, are more intelligent than regular mice. Brain is a mouse genius, while Pinky is considered the dumber of the two. Every night, the two try their hand at world domination. But something always goes wrong - and ironically, it is more often an error on Brain's part, rather than Pinky's.
Goosebumps (1995)
A series of scary anthology stories based on the children's books by R.L. Stine. Series one was hosted by R.L. Stine for twelve episodes. The series covered many different types of scary tales, including ghosts, giant creatures, zombies, haunted houses, and much more.
Sabrina the Teenage Witch (1996)

Hey Arnold! (1996)

Cow and Chicken (1997)

The unconventional offspring of two human parents, the two young animals navigate their way through suburbia, encountering problems not only at school, but with the devilish schemes of the Red Guy, a crimson-colored antagonist of many guises whose singular intent is to make the siblings' lives miserable.
CatDog (1998)
The life and times of a cat and a dog with a unique twist: they're connected, literally. They share one body with Dog's head at one end and Cat's head on the other. Adding to their dilemma is Cat's annoyance with Dog, mainly caused by Dog's stupidity and Cat's up-tight personality.
The Powerpuff Girls (1998)
The straight-laced Prof. Utonium's attempt to create perfect little girls accidentally includes "Chemical X", resulting in take-charge red-head Blossom, blonde sweety-pie Bubbles and ready-to-fight brunette Buttercup. These flying, super-strong, karate-chopping girls with the occasional heat vision race into action to save the city of Townsville (and, we're told, the world) from all sorts of crimes and creatures.
Courage the Cowardly Dog (1999)
The offbeat adventures of Courage, a cowardly dog who must overcome his own fears to heroically defend his unknowing farmer owners from all kinds of dangers, paranormal events and menaces that appear around their land.
Zoom (1999)
Zoom is an American television series for ages 8 & up created almost entirely by children, which aired on Public Broadcasting Service originally from January 4, 1999 to June 24, 2005. It was a remake of a 1972 TV series by the same name. Both versions were produced by WGBH-TV in Boston. Reruns were aired until early 2006.
